Like every month, we bring you some of the choicest stories that will surely be of interest to you. The cover story features the case of a 56-year-old female patient who was brought to our group hospital in Mumbai with sudden onset of chest pain, perspiration and breathlessness. The patient was in a critical condition. However, thanks to the commendable expertise of the doctors at Nanavati she is now living a much improved life.

There is also a story of how the Kidney of a 55-year-old gentleman was preserved with the help of NephronSparing Surgery- a successful open Partial Nephrectomy wherein 50% of his left kidney was preserved. You will also come across the case of a 30-year-old woman from Nagaland with facial deformity and OSA who found a new smile after undergoing a life transforming advanced Plastic Surgery at BLK.

Another inspiring read is the story of how an untiring team effort of expert doctors at BLK cured a sick newborn with cardiac rhythm disorders.
